As nothing positive published from the 2018 consensus, we could expect the price of coins to depreciate little more. ETC has performed normal as others so far and we can expect to gain more benefit from our short position.
Sell: around ~18$
Take profit: 15.7$ or 14.3$

Bulls showed their power to prevent price declining further at 16.5$, but they have to face 2 strong resistance levels above 19.9$ and 21.8$ so the scenario is to wait price reaches these levels and entrance short position. Stoploss once price climbs above 21.8$ and a rally will be confirmed.
