This is still a reality. IMHO do not expect Ethereum to have ultimatum at new ATH, but instead, have another 'lower high' as we descend to lower lows, there are many reasons for this outside just ethereum itself. New technology, faster alternatives (with higher security) and other options. We will see how this plays out but as of now we are still following a weekly downtrend until further notice.
