ETH still bearish?

ETH currently at local resistance 215 level. We need a higher high on the daily chart to consider bullish. ETH needs to blast through 225 resistance and flip it to support. Currently hovering above 200/100 MA, Fail and revisit of 185 or 175 on the table.
