ETH - is it oversold? (RSI at historically low levels)

Eth liquidity at all-time lows and with 'shrimps' accumulating and long-term HODLers waiting we are setting up nicely.
RSI is at strongly oversold levels which further supports this thesis that ETH will break out in the medium term against BTC.
As we approach the deployment of ETH 2.0 - execution engine - and gas fees fall the future is bright for Ethereum.
