ETHUSD appears to be completing a cup and handle, possible bullish outcome with the lower target being at $1210-1250 and the upper target $1290-$1340

I'm still confident in the targets that were set, however due to the Japanese exchange hack it will probably throw off the timeframe by 1-2 days.
