ETH is facing local resistance near $3180-$3190 area.
If ETH breaks this local resistance then the major resistance area is $3500-$3600.
If ETH unable to break this local resistance then we will see another retest of the $2900-$3000 support zone.
Although Bitcoin looks stable and we may see a rally in ETH soon.
