ETHUSDT chart and outbreak

This setup is, what I believe, very plausible.

Considering ETH testing ATH multiple times now this year and BTC being at almost twice it's All time high.

BTC dominance is also declining, I am very bullish on ETH.

The only thing that could kill this idea is a BTC drop.
