My confluences:
1. Triple top formation in 4H / 1H tf
2. Possible fake breakout
3. The price is at Resistance level
4. RSI and Stoch Oc is at the overbought level in D1 tf
5. Awesome Osc is showing a divergence in D1/4H tf

Execution plan:
1. My entry will be the first bearish 1H candlestick in the zone
2. Add more entry if market structure has formed HL LL in 1H tf
3. Stoploss 30 pips and trail
