EURUSD Long Term market analysis

As we can see friends, on the weekly time frame the EURUSD has been moving in a downtrend since 2008, it failed to break the trend line after 5 attempts, do you think , this time around we shall see the break out ? if it does, we have a great set up for a long term trade.
