My view that we are at terminal stages of uptrend. Nobody cares about buy rumor sell fact story at all. Usually it is punished very severe.

We must also understand that agreement was widely expected Saturday night or Sunday after dinner time at least. It was no deal late Sunday, this is negative, but they decide to keep all 27 inside and push for another attempt. This is fourth day straight already and still hopes.
