Easy way to spot valid EH, EL or OBs
Rule 1. Make sure you are in the trend.
Rule 2. Make sure you are within structure higher time frame (1w-4h)
(If it makes a higher high on a downtrend wait for either higher lows or equal lows)
Rule 3. Wait for Equal highs/lows
Rule 4. Pull fibs from the beginning leg to the middle portion of the EH/EL
Rule 5. If it breaks fib lvl 60/70 then wait for either a breakthrough of nearest structure or an Order block to form
Rule 6. If it makes an OB make sure it retest either at the beginning or at 50 lvl
Rule 7. ONLY MAKE TRADES ON THE RETEST!!! If you make trades on the 2nd leg of EH/EL then it can still go up or down. Confirmation is key.
