For the euro dorllar, I have several options, as well as for the dollar index.
The first option with a slight amendment
Option two with deep correction
There is also a variant with a wedge (marked in gray)
The argument in favor of a strong correction is a false breakout on a daily chart and a candlestick pattern on a weekly chart.
