Problems after new update help

After the new update mobile version before bottom right side was a + were we can nodified the chart parametors and save it as template after the update the+dissapear and now only give choice to change chart but not doing change in the parametors neither the choice to save those changes and of course customer support not helpful they don't even understand my question after I send them pictures any one have same issue ?
