GBPUSD directional bias

well firstly i feel in the morning UK time around 8am price move slightly up to the nearest supply on M15 timeframe and bounce back down to retest the demand zone on H4 timeframe before rallying up but all of these depends on the news release . but if the USD news release it positive or lemme say stronger than GBP than this is exactly what will happen , but it would be another way round if price is negative .
