Short on GBPUSD

-Looking for the high of the week to be set Tues-Wed

-Expecting the 1H -FVG to act as our resistance this week(Tues-Wed)

-Expecting Friday's low to be taken(Wed)

-The 1H +FVG should act as a magnet, pulling price below weekly open(Wed-Fri)

-SPX hasn't given me enough to form a bias just yet....

Took this trade in class after seeing price engage the 1H +BB and show willingness to move away from the PDA on the LTF. 20% off so far.

Told myself I would demand the best set ups out of the markets and I've done just that.

Could've jumped in early and attempted to ride the small bearish move earlier today, but as you can see it didn't really go anywhere.

In fact, I'm expecting another retracement up to balance the range before my actual entry is given.

Not saying I can't be stopped out even after having the discipline to wait, but i'll rather be stopped out of a entry i know was justified over an entry I hoped was justified.

Unjustified entries usually result in a stop of some sort. For me I can feel the emotional trauma build from stops(even stop profits)and can cause me to slip into a habit loop of undisciplined trading styles.
