The general context is to drop even lower with wave iii. The short-term outlook has a downside: wave i has started to move quite far, increasing the possibility that wave i is about to end and wave ii will soon increase in price. up before returning to the main context is the discount. Rising above 2029.07 shows that this view is correct.
