Russel - What's going on with the Russel?

Courious if price will follow this projection, which lines up with the Priceaction we had from the Sept. 14 to Nov. 14 Low.
If i look at the "Ghost" Bars (light green), then i find it very special that they kind of "confirm" the lines...
