CONCERNS:
Company needs to start selling Volume: did 1m in rev in the first 9months of 2018 - losing about $3m per month - have about enough cash, inventory, money owed for about the next 10months.
-some concerns over super dilution with regards to new listing and possible continuation of issuing of new shares afterward. Seems to me the company possibly setting up to screw current investors to date.
