LRC new +trend, breakout spotted
Thoughts on:
the new resistance level being tested @ ~T1.16
new positive trend established
heading currently into breakout-- I believe will break UP.
HOWEVER, I do also believe the resistance at about T~1.16 is going to get pushed through during the next test.
