The AI bubble has definitely started, are in 1994 when you compare it to the Dot.com bubble, some stocks (ie META) could grown by nearly 1000%, they have both the Software+DATA and now AI chips.

The AI bubble has undeniably begun, evidenced by the increasing number of hedge fund managers incorporating AI as a key factor in their stock selection processes.

Currently, many companies mention AI in their operations, but they lack their own intellectual property and instead rely on purchasing AI solutions off the shelf to integrate into their core offerings. While this approach may suffice for now, new companies will emerge where AI is a fundamental part of their services, owning the intellectual property that others cannot easily compete with.

Surprisingly, META stands out in this landscape. Not only does it contribute to the AI community, but it also positions itself to create AI chips and manage AI workloads within its own data centers. This sets it apart from others who rely on renting AI workloads through hyperscalers and Nvidia.

The true extent of the AI bubble has yet to be fully realized. We can anticipate a wave of AI IPOs and AI mergers, which will further shape the bubble and capture our collective imagination.
