if the peoples bank of china is going publish their decision (either to block ICOs or to support them) this could influence the price development drastically - in either direction - and render the chart patterns invalid in seconds...

well... it would have been interesting without the china news...

NEO correction looks like its over now... the longterm trendline held and the ICO (temporary) ban is not that bad as it seems.. china is most likely going to allow ICOs on approved plattforms (NEO) in the future and DApps can still be built upon the NEO platform - chinese companies just need to find other ways to raise money for now..
