should i sell everything or buy here??

Hello friends
everyone thinks that whether he should buy or sell here. will market fall more. So my analysis after all my experience is as follows
1. Nobody may predict the outcome of global factors but one thing is sure that share market is like ping pong ball i.e. it bounces back as swiftly as goes down.
2. if i take example of NFL or UCO bank where i have invested, then price has come down a lot but volume is not even 20% of last week so big investors are not selling and they are taking benefit of market fall{As per weekly chart}
I think this is time to buy
