Will NIFTY consolidate or will show a strong SELL OFF ?

Nifty has touched the upper trendline, previously whenever Nifty has touches the upper trendline it has give a correction or a sideways movement and slow downward movement.

23800 looks like a strong support zone also a breakout point for the Flag pattern. It can touch it and have a strong retest at that level and start its journey towards 24800 levels !!
