Low Float, Offering Price Much Higher Then Current Valuation

Offering priced at 3.25, and warrants priced at 4. Could get a little spike. Buying monday depending on condition of the Dow. Most likely a premarket pop.

big iceburg blasted the bid at 2.41 for 60 000 shares. I'm still holding, price of the offering was 3.25, just that simple.
