WILL PEPE MAKE A NEW ALL TIME HIGH - 4HTF ANALYSIS - SCENARIO 2
A whole new scenario has unfolded for 
PEPE and this is the second scenario in order.
In this scenario it shows that we are about to complete the wave C-orange of wave Y-yellow of the overall end of wave B-cyan.
If this scenario plays out, then not only will #pepe makes a new high but also cancel another zero as price will definitely reach $0.00004.
The confluence to this is if truly Bitcoin will still be reaching $36,000 as predicted in one of my analysis this year.
