If we look at the wave structure in the two yellow rectangles, we can see that the initial ATR is the same. It is also clear that at the same ATR, the exchange rate is currently the same distance. From this I conclude that the previous wave structure can be copied by the current motion. If my assumption is correct, the target price increase is 2.36 usd. (Fair value 2.96 usd)
