What's going on with ROSN here? There's a huge volume spike today, plus that candle with a very long lower shadow. My guess: sellers are dominating, which is why it closed lower today... but does this mean it's due to go up soon? Or will it just stay increasingly volatile? (Bollinger bands suggest volatility.)
