SELL RUSSIAN INDEX

this trade was asked by an unknown friend

it signals this index going down, so trade it based on the pay if it has and if not then trade it as one would trade on a stock

i dont wish to have a long take profit, because looking with a microscope, this index just started its uprising from a harmonic pattern completion perfectly. though it may have come to a hault hitting a good resistance, but in my mind i have it to be bullish. except there are data showing things happening to portray a fall

for a moderate condition, i would sell it for a short term and keep my profits to trail to aim at a bigger profit target.
