We have a low in early August followed immediately by a lower low, this is the bottom.
This bottom is followed by some consolidation and now we are seeing a bullish move happening today.

We can tell this pair is going bullish because the day started red and is now green while volume is rising many times above the average. This is very likely the start of a major bullish wave.
