ATH or retest?

SHIB just broke through last local high, if it holds above .00003 and flips S/R there is a good change for SHIB to retest the 0.000031 and .000034 resistances. If it fails to hold then strong supports would be .000025 and .000021. I believe that SHIB will flip S/R and make a push towards the next resistance. Any drop below 0.000025 would invalidate this idea. If SHIB pushes past .000034 then most likely new ATH and at that point I will reanalyze the key levels.
