let's talk about worse case scenario . I've only been giving the best possible outcomes but if things go south we can see another drop of 12% before getting close to some decent buyers... It is still going to my estimates and still has to recover all of it the only question is when and can the portfolio maintain enough margin to last that long. tbh we don't have very strong support here .
