SPCE Neckline IH&S Push

Had a nice run yesterday and formed a complex IH&S with a 20 neckline. Notice the bullish divergence on the indicators from the last time we reached this level - we've made a new high. A break of 20 could send SPCE on a potential path to 28. First stop is 22.
