SPHS: Inverted Dead-cat Bounce

I'm posting this one a bit late and wish I would have found it on the first day it jumped because this stock jumped that day on mediocre news. A few days later and similar earnings as last quarter mean this will definitely return to the previous trend line back down sub-$1.
