Short Term Head & Shoulders? Ending a looooong Elliot Wave?

Note a very similar pattern over the last week or so on the Nasdaq and also on Dow (there with a plateau - perhaps more dangerous than a small head?) over exactly the same time frame...

SNAP!

Note also the VIX reflects an inverse Head & shoulders that matches over exactly the same period...

PS - the (5) of the last Elliot Wave (see my last post to see my idea on that...) would be at the top of this double-headed monster, if so...!!!

Note the above is a 15 minute chart. A five minute chart shows an even more accurate head & shoulders, but for some reason one cannot publish 5 minute charts... occasionally one does need to look at the short term to see dramatic turning points potentially in the make, even though I tend to focus on very long term macro (its the only way to beat the algos...).

PS... regarding the algos... everyone please note that over the last couple of weeks the Quants have reprogrammed all the algos... the correlations between Crude Oil, Gold and the market have been changed in the equations... Crude is no longer able to spike the markets as it did (its influence has changed) and gold has gained an independence that also required a rethink of the maths... bonds too aren't influencing the market movement in the same manner they religiously did the last two or more years...

I think the quants have reprogrammed into escape mode... that now means scooping up the money on the way down...
