Long term top SPX?

The new beta version of the Chart Pattern Elliot Wave tool in Tradingview shows that SPX weekly could be at a long term top. This is bearish, but I indicate Neutral for the investment strategy as further analysis of the Daily chart is required to decide whether go short.
