Stocks Dip, But Still Bullish

Stocks have inched above the upper bound at 4580 to achieve new highs. However, the S&P 500 has pulled back slightly as we have anticipated yesterday. This appears to be a technical retracement as the S&P pauses for air after its aggressive rally. We expect support at 4564, 4545, then 4521. Our next target is 4632. The Kovach OBV is still really strong, but has curved slightly with the dip.
