steem is going up tonight

I do love steem and follw its chart always. i try to learn how to analyse myself. and from my modest experience and I think if steem break the restenc eline at 0.00036 its gonna be go far away to reach some other tragests like 0.00037, 0.0038 and even 0.0004.
