TSM - Upward channel breakdown, short from $29.46 to $27.43

TSM broken down longer term upward channel, retested it & now seems rolling over. It is in the weak semiconductor sector. It has nothing significant to support a breakdown, so we are looking for a short-term Stock trade. A break below $29.46 will be entry confirmation & our target is $27.43
