IWM and TZA "chasing yield volumes" are the tell, long TZA

Money managers chase yield all day long, forever. See the volume spikes. Not many played TZA before March 2013. But look at the volume change since then, and look at the spike moments. We are in another one now, and I see volumes going higher until we bounce.
