$UBQ Ubiq updated targets

Updated my fractal setup, put the targets (red boxes) on indicator convergences (VPVR, previous resistance/support, ichimoku and fib retracements). I will leave some on the table because this is a great project and is highly undervalued in my opinion.
- Token distribution coming on the first of january.
- Looks to be a more stable Ethereum for Virtual Machines, which is attractive for startups that want to build on an ethereum network
