Wow, 50 more points priced in since the emergency rate cut.

Gotta wonder if the Feds are going to be willing to drop rates so fast before we even see economic fallout from this virus. This won't leave the Fed with much ammo to fight off a recession.

Another 50 pts and we're at zero, lol.

Pricing in another 15 points, Feds will have to cut 75 points to make the market happy, and I don't see that happening....

If it does, make sure you refinance your mortgage.
