US30 DIRECTION AFTER CPI

I Believe US30 Is Still Bullish, For A While Now It Has Been Ranging From 35040.0 To 35701.0 And From What I Can Tell It Has Been Failing To Make A LL But Yesterday It Did Made A HH So I Think The Bulls Are Still In Play. But The Best Trade Would Be To Wait For A Break Out Of The Support Or Resistance, To Get The Clear Direction Of The Market.

I Would Really Love To Be Corrected Or See Some Other Idea Comment Below.
