USDCAD neutral waiting for for price action

if price break and close above 200 ma then usdcad is bullish and next resistance will be 1.33200, but if price fail to break the 200 ma and it open and close blow the 200 ma then it is bearish and the price target will be 50 ma or around 1.31400.
