We will see a bull trend, OPEP/OPEC will set the price high, is not profitable now the Shale.
A Crude Oil War is developing between Arabia - Russia - USA. The lowest prices only kill Shale, it isn´t profitable por Russia and USA. Also, quarantine and the Chinesse situation of stop production go the demand down.
Cutting production and China and other countries restarting production will go down the offer and go up the demand.
