I have been tracking this Vale wedge for a long time and I have been averaging into this stock all last year, I continue to add to my position. Vale is a play on iron with a huge capacity for revenue and increased earnings. The dividend is strong and the upside potential for this wedge is substantial. At some point during the green box I expect a huge move to the upside or downside. My target is 24$ at the fib, but we will see.
