THOUGHTS ON VZ (after AOL buy out)

ESR on the daily. VZ gapping down as it's buying AOL. Small gap for sure, yesterday was a shaved bottom candle. A quick retest could be ok - not one I'm going to take personally.
at 9:00 EST it's trading at 49.53 (expected open)
