Coin World reported that Web3 Ventures Inc., a diversified investment company focusing on early stage and small and medium-sized enterprises in the Web 3.0 field, announced the launch of a private placement round of financing, with a total maximum amount of 1,000,000 Canadian dollars raised. This round of financing is expected to be completed on June 30, 2023. It will be completed on or around the date, but the company reserves the right to change the financing scale. In addition, Web3 Ventures Inc. announced that Billy Huang, co-founder and CEO of Insomnia Labs, has become the first member of its advisory board.
