XAUUSD - Understanding How And Why Markets Form Like This..

Every now and then, you will see consecutive lower highs and higher lows.

What does this demonstrate?

It shows that the prices trades are willing to buy and sell at are closing in. Orders are getting tighter, as are exits.

This is often reflective of a lack of sentiment. Gold, particularly, has abandoned its traditional risk driver. Even in times of turmoil, it falls.

Ranging Markets are therefore easier to understand. Trajectories become predictable, and unless sentiment drastically changes, It would not be surprising if this continues.

Although, to make money, we do not need it to.
