On Wednesday the ECB vice-president stated that although it appears the Euro zone inflation is heading back to 2%. The ECB needs some time and data to confirm if record-high interest rates have done their job.
The dollar rose to its 3 month peak on Tuesday after data showed U.S inflation rose more than expected in Jan. Cementing expectations that the Fed will hold interest rates steady in March.
