GOLD - Start to Bull in uptrend line??

Sighted the candle movement ..it look likes the candle is nicely standing at the middle bollinger band...

So.. what it is means??? hehe
what i can say and predict...it will come out from the cumo cloud and will jump to breakout the trend line..
